Another new start

Another New Year’s Eve. Another year comes to a close. Another year begins. Another ending, and another new start.

Every December 31, I try to reflect, marinate on the year we’re saying goodbye to and make resolutions (aka big plans) for the coming year. I put a lot of pressure on myself to do it, and each year I’m a little disappointed. What have I accomplished? What did I actually do this year? What must happen next year?

This year, however, I’m not feeding into the pressure.

Make it work for you.

Last night, I went to my first Circle Seven Five event, which happened to be a class at BEYOND Pedaling in Snider Plaza.  The company was top-notch, and I enjoyed chatting and sampling healthy smoothies and snacks with the other ladies. I’m so looking forward to the next Circle Seven Five event when we can hopefully talk and get to know each other more!

The class, on the other hand, was…eye opening. According to BEYOND Pedaling’s website, the class is “a 45-minute, full body workout that will change you inside and out. Our motivational instruction, engaging music, and candlelit room will leave you feeling focused, energized, and empowered. Get on a bike, and get ready to GOBEYOND.”
